Volunteer for waste free oceans
The Dubai Voluntary Diving Team was established in Dubai in 1995 by a small group of fishermen and divers. From 1998 to 2012, the team was known as DXB Diving and the team committed to clean fishing and diving sites in Dubai. Since 2013, due to the expansion of the team activities and number of volunteer divers, the team name was changed to the Dubai Voluntary Diving Team.

Our Mission
We pledge to contribute positively to the sustainability of preserving the marine environment in the waters of the United Arab Emirates to make our seas free of waste by inspecting and cleaning diving and fishing sites throughout the year. Developing volunteers to the expertise level in the field of voluntary diving, as well as effective partnership with the concerned authorities in the country in the field of marine environment and its security to support food security by preserving and developing fish wealth and serving the country.
